Qi Gong/Tai Chi Course

We would like to inform you that we are planning to continue our Qi Gong/Tai Chi course. There will be 12 additional sessions from January 07 until March 24, 2016

The course will be held on Thursday evening from 18:15 to 19:45 h (we changed from Friday to Thursday evening)

The duration of the course will be 1:30 hour and should include a short warm up, Qi Gong exercises, (meridian stretching, Ba Duan Jin, Wuqinxi/5 animals Qi Gong), followed by a Tai Chi course of approximately 50 minutes. This will be the Yang style 24 movements based on the method of Vlady Stévanowitch.

Beginners are welcome.
