Qi Gong/Tai Chi Course

MedChine asbl will continue organize Qi Gong/Tai Chi course. It will start on 11 September until 18 December 2015. The course will be held every Friday evening from 18:15 to 19:45 h

The duration of the course will be 1:30 hour and should include a short warm up, Qi Gong exercises, followed by a Tai Chi course of approximately 50 minutes. This will be the Yang style 24 movements. Other forms will be possible. Beginners are welcome!

Upon entering the premises you will find an underground parking on your right, free of charge after 18:00h
