Health Qigong (Five-Xing Palm)
Five-Xing Palm is the easiest qigong , but have  effective results for prevention and chronic diseases. It relates with five-xing (wood, fire, soil, metal, water) and reflects on five organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney), combines with  abdominal breathing. Practice it  can be  dramatically improve health condition.
